AG Martial Arts Bournemouth instructors are taken through a thorough process to find the best talent to bring you the best teaching. All instructors are first aid trained, DBS checked and safeguarding qualified.
Adele Daniels
Adele, with over 7 years in taekwondo and martial arts, specialises in teaching, particularly children with additional needs, boosting their confidence. She's also qualified in fitness instructing and personal training, aiding children and adults alike. Her background in social care enriches her understanding, ensuring progress in health and fitness. She eagerly awaits welcoming you to her class!
Gabor Restye
With over 20 years in Taekwondo and various other martial arts, now focusing on Kickboxing, Gabor ensures fun, dynamic sessions for all ages. A level 4 Personal Trainer with a BSc, he effectively boosts fitness levels. Passionate about martial arts and fitness, he's adept at helping others reach their goals. Gab eagerly awaits your joining the team!
Feroza Hayat
Feroza Hayat, with a career switch to her passion for Martial Arts, joins us at AGMA as an instructor. She's practiced Muay Thai for 3 years and is a qualified Personal Trainer. Known for her fun, diligent approach, Feroza plays a key role in her students' advancement, focusing on their goals. Confident in attracting more local students to Martial Arts, she eagerly awaits welcoming you to the club!

We know times are tough, but we also know how valuable our classes are. We offer bursaries for students that may struggle with paying for classes.
